The challenge

A denser ops console redesigned for scanning status, exceptions and next actions without losing context.

The problem

The previous interface made people work harder than the product should. Important states were easy to miss, and the visual language drifted between screens.

How it was solved

We redesigned the information hierarchy, tightened interaction patterns, and aligned the UI to a shared system so density and clarity could coexist.

The result

Teams could move through the product with less hunting, and new screens stayed consistent without constant design debt.
