Diagnostic Intelligence

The complete patient story. A clearer path to diagnosis.

Understand the complete patient. Make every clinical decision better informed. This is a workspace envisioned for clinicians. The panel is a sample, not a patient, and not a diagnosis.

  • For cliniciansThe decision stays with the qualified person.
  • Not in clinical useNo clearance and no accuracy claim on this page.
  • Facts stay labeledA result, an extract, and a hypothesis are not the same.
Sample case · not a patient

Timeline

  1. Recorded Hemoglobin 10.2 g/dL. Sample range 12.0–15.0.
  2. Extracted A consultation note mentions tiredness.
  3. Missing No ferritin result is in the sample.

Evidence map

The chart is rarely in one place.

Labs, images, notes, medicines, and histories often live in different systems. Rebuilding that story by hand takes the time a clinician does not have.

Split across sites

A hospital, a laboratory, and a previous clinic can each hold a piece.

One number, no history

A single result is weaker than the change across visits.

A note without its source

Text lifted from a document can drop the sentence around it.

An answer with no trail

A suggestion that cannot be opened back to the record is not usable at the bedside.

From the record to a question, not a verdict.

The intended investigation. This page only walks the sample.

Three sample results, read together.

Hemoglobin in the sample: 11.4, then 10.8, then 10.2 g/dL. The sample range is 12.0–15.0. This is not a patient series.

Why a hypothesis is on the list, and why it is not a conclusion.

Four kinds of statement.

The workspace is meant to keep these apart. The sample uses the same labels.

Recorded

A value or sentence as it stands in the source document.

Extracted

Text or a code taken out of a longer document. The source stays attached.

Inference

A reading a clinician, or a later model, draws from those facts. It is marked as a reading.

Hypothesis

An explanation that is still open. It can be wrong. New information can remove it.

Who would use it.

General medicine first. A specialty view, including endocrinology, cardiology, or neurology, would be built and checked for that workflow. This page does not claim those views exist.

Hospitals and centers

A long record gathered from more than one department.

Physicians and clinics

A visit that starts with papers from somewhere else.

A care team

More than one clinician looking at the same labeled facts.

Research, later

Only with a defined question, consent, and a review. Not from this page.

Access, consent, and the limits.

These are the rules the platform is being designed around. Nothing here is a certification, an audit result, or a clearance.

Consent first

A record is brought in only when the patient and the institution allow it.

Who opened it

Roles limit what a person sees. An access history is part of the design.

Connections, planned

HL7 FHIR, and the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission where it applies, are intended. Neither is connected on this page.

Validation, ahead

A model would name its version and the group it was checked on. No model is offered for care. Bias review and a clinical study are future work, not a result.

Not in this introduction.

Risk scores

Only after validation for a stated group and purpose.

Imaging

A link to an imaging report is a later integration, not a read of the image.

Case review

A shared review across specialties is planned.

A cleared device

This page does not describe a regulated medical device.

Questions

Before a conversation.

What is Diagnostic Intelligence?

A clinical reasoning workspace envisioned by DEIENAMI PRIVATE LIMITED. It is meant to help a clinician review a fragmented record. It does not make a diagnosis, and it is not in clinical use.

Does it replace a doctor?

No. Every diagnostic and treatment decision stays with a qualified clinician.

Is the sample on this page a real patient?

No. The timeline, laboratory figures, and hypotheses are an illustration. Nothing was diagnosed.

Can it predict disease risk?

Not in this introduction. A statistical model would be used only after it is validated for a defined group of patients and an approved purpose. No such model is offered here.

Does it connect to hospital systems?

A consent-based connection, including HL7 FHIR and, where it applies, the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, is part of the plan. No connection is live on this page, and no certification is claimed.

Has it been clinically validated or cleared by a regulator?

No. This page does not claim diagnostic accuracy, clinical effectiveness, or a regulatory clearance.

How are facts separated from ideas?

A recorded result, text taken from a document, a clinical inference, and an unverified hypothesis are labeled differently. The sample on this page follows that rule.

Who is it for?

Hospitals, diagnostic centers, physicians, specialist clinics, and care teams who need a clearer view of a long or scattered record. Specialty views would be validated one workflow at a time.
