Print-ready mechanical set
A set of spur gears, shafts, bearings seats and housings modelled for desktop 3D printing. Aimed at makers and hardware teams prototyping mechanisms — robot arms, camera gimbals, small conveyors — before cutting metal.
Meshes are watertight manifold solids with suggested print orientations, support hints and clearance notes for both FDM (0.2–0.28 mm nozzle) and resin (standard 405 nm). Module and tooth counts are documented so you can extend the set in CAD.
Not rated for load-bearing industrial use without your own engineering review and material testing.

Details
Gears: Module 1.0 and 1.5 spur gears (12T, 18T, 24T, 36T) with matching pinions. Centre distances listed in the README for correct meshing.
Hardware: Shafts for 5 mm and 8 mm rod stock, press-fit seats for 608 and 625 bearings, and two open housings.
Print tips: FDM — PETG or nylon preferred for gears; 0.15 mm layer, 40–60% infill. Resin — tough or ABS-like; wash and UV fully before assembly. Allow 0.15–0.25 mm radial clearance on shafts unless you calibrate your printer.
Licence: Personal and commercial prototype use. Do not sell the mesh files themselves.
